Rehact featured on Qatar's largest construction and real estate trade fair: Project Qatar

Rehact AB (publ) is one of the companies included in the Swedish delegation participating at the trade fair, Project Qatar, on 30 April to 3 May 2012 in Doha Exhibition Center. The trip is organized by the Trade Council in cooperation with the Energy Agency. Project Qatar is the most important trade fair for Qatar's growing and large construction industry, which already includes more than 250 billion dollars. Qatar plans to spend another 100 billion dollars on construction projects the host country for the FIFA World Cup 2022.

Qatar's construction industry is growing very strongly and is a very lucrative market with strong demand for green and environmentally friendly technology, says Svante Bengtsson, CEO, Rehact.

 

Project Qatar 2012 for the ninth consecutive year and is considered the most important trade fair for regional and international companies in the retail, construction, engineering, environmental engineering and materials in the Middle East. Today, the building projects more than $ 250 billion, one third of the investments made in infrastructure projects, like roads, bridges, railways, etc.. Qatar's government plans to spend another 100 billion on construction projects when the country became the first Arab country to host the FIFA World Cup 2022.

 

The pavilion and the delegation to Project Qatar is a major effort to market Swedish environmental and energy technology in the Middle East and is financially supported by the Energy Authority. The delegation comprises 21 representatives from 13 Swedish organizations and led by Gunnar Oom, State Secretary of Commerce Dr..Ewa Björling.

REHACT shares to be traded on Aktietorgets Clean Tech List

As a result of the growing number of shareholders in the company, the board of REHACT has decided that trade with the REHACT series B shares shall be conducted at AktieTorget.

-AktieTorget is a MTF (multilateral trading facility) that is targeted towards developing entrepreneurial companies with the will to grow. Since the number of shareholders in REHACT now exceed 600, we have decided that it is a natural move in order to increase the interest for the company, says Svante Bengtsson, REHACT CEO.

The shares will be amongst the first that are traded on the new Clean Tech list that AktieTorget launches on monday 23rd of April. In order to be listed as a Clean Tech company the company has through external verification verify that the product or services has a specific benefit to the environment. REHACT has a number of qualifying awards and are therefore approved.
